  • 150g firm tofu, pressed and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes or 1 tsp sriracha
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: spinach, bell peppers, green onions
